Can I return my order?
At Bronze Cactus, we accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please note, we cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened, used, or damaged products. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit for the purchase price of the product(s), minus shipping and handling fees. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method—if a return is lost in transit without tracking, we won’t be able to issue store credit.

How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your eligible return at our facility, we’ll email you to confirm and issue your store credit. Don’t forget to include your name and order number with your return—our team needs that info to process your credit!
